North Wall Summer Residency

We're really looking forward to our three week summer workshop in residence at The North Wall Theatre in Oxford.

The project, called ArtsLab, provides opportunities for emerging artists aged 18-25 to work with an exceptional team of professionals - musical director Mark Austin, composer Laura Bowler, designer Kate Lane, director Robin Norton-Hale and choreographer Joe Wild, and mezzo soprano Flora McIntosh. 

Together we'll be exploring how to create a genuinely frightening and suspenseful version of Bartok’s Bluebeard’s Castle – in which the full-on opera experience combines with elements of the horror film genre, re-invented so that it interacts excitingly with audiences in small theatre spaces.
